Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

Because the Adjustable Posture Corrector Belt is a hygiene-sensitive wearable product, we offer a 7-day size exchange only — we do not offer cash refunds once an order has been delivered, except in cases of a genuinely defective or wrong item received.

 

Size exchange (7 days): If your belt doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a one-time free size exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

 

Damaged or wrong item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

How to request an exchange: Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the issue. We'll share pickup/return instructions once approved.

 

Non-returnable: Used or washed items, items without original packaging, and requests made after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for exchange.
