How do I choose the right size?
PostureUp belts come in S–XL. Check the size chart on the product page and measure around your waist/torso as shown for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
How long should I wear it each day?
Start with 30–60 minutes a day and gradually build up. We recommend not wearing it for more than a few hours at a stretch, especially in the first couple of weeks, so your muscles adjust naturally.
Can I wear it under my clothes?
Yes. It's designed with a slim, breathable mesh profile so it stays discreet under shirts and everyday workwear.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Online payment options will be added soon.
How long does delivery take?
